In addition, there will also be express training and enrichment moments along with power packed concerts in the evening. Need help starting or finding new resources for your children's choir/worship program? We have you covered. At Music Houston - we believe in getting the right resources into the hands of the church to train children for a lifetime of worship.
With two separate tracks, Music Nashville will give you just what you need for your ministry. We'll provide a full contemporary and children's resources within two separate tracks. Workshops and meals will take place together for fellowship.

The Children's Intensive Track is specifically designed for children's choir/worship. Come and hear from all your favorite leaders on children's worship and children's choir. Registration is for 1 day only - Monday, January 17.

During what has been a difficult season for both the Church and choral music publishers, we look forward to welcoming you to a new season of choral music events. We believe worship is a lifestyle and not about any particular denomination or genre of music. To be respectful to the wide variety of publishers and speakers, we are asking you to be present and attentive in each session. Do not leave a particular session because it is too traditional or too contemporary based on your particular music/worship style. Be engaged and support those publishers and speakers that have held on during an incredibly difficult season. To receive your music packet, you must be present in the session. Packets will not be distributed prior to or after any sessions where you are not present.
Please do not exchange music with other attendees. You will have the opportunity to purchase music for your choir or praise team at a reduced rate at the conference. We want to operate with full integrity for those publishers that have made a great investment to bring you a rewarding experience.

Question: Is there a spouse or associate rate for the conference?
Answer: We have assembled this conference at the lowest possible cost to cover your meals and all the other necessary details such as books, sound, lighting, housekeeping, etc. Because of this, we are unable to offer a reduced spouse rate or an associate rate. All registrations will include the same benefits and will all be at the same price point.
Question: Can I buy additional meal tickets?
Answer: No additional meal tickets will be available outside normal event registration.
Question: Can I buy additional concert tickets?
Answer: Tickets are available for your additional guests and are free, but they must have a ticket.
Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: Please see our refund policy on the registration form.
Question: When will the schedule be ready?
Answer: We are working hard to solidify the the schedule. It will be posted as soon as it is available. Follow Worship3217 on Facebook for the most recent updates and added guests.
Question: Is child care available?
Answer: Unfortunately we cannot provide child care.
Question: Can our children attend the conference?
Answer: At this time, it is not the best option for your children to accompany you to the conference. Due to limited meal space, we cannot accommodate their needs. Your children are welcome to attend the evening concerts. Children are free, but will require a ticket to enter.
Question: Will I get a chance to meet the publishers?
Answer: Yes. We have asked each publisher to be present during the conference to meet with you and answer any questions you might have.
Question: What does my registration cover?
Answer: Registration covers your entrance into every session including concerts. It also covers all music, a program book, and meals (lunch & dinner - Monday & Tuesday). As previously stated, you must be in the session to receive the music.
Question: Will there be a discount on music at the conference?
Answer: Yes. All print music ordered onsite will receive a discount from the appropriate publisher.
Question: I'm still not sure about this conference, what else can you tell me?
Answer: Music Nashville will be a fast paced conference that begins early each morning. We will run late on Monday and Tuesday. During the day, you will hear from the leading publishers in church music. This will be for choir and also for churches that have praise teams. While we do call this in some places a "choral" conference, you do not have to have a choir to participate. You will enjoy hear a wide variety of music styles. Also throughout the day will be express workshops for training and encouragement. These express sessions are not sales driven, but to better equip you for ministry. On Monday and Tuesday we end the day with exciting concert/worship experiences you certainly will want to be a part of.
